Service Plans:
Gundlach offers several service plans to help extend the life of your equipment. These plans include:
- Roll Repair Program - Gundlach takes responsibility for your roll quality and fixes your maintenance costs for up to three years.
- Re-Manufactured Equipment - You save with crushers and rolls which have been rebuilt by Gundlach. Your re-built equipment is warranted and will perform as promised. Gundlach guarantees it.
Field Service
Gundlach Field Service Centers are located in Belleville, Illinois, Gillette, Wyoming, and Milton, West Virginia. These centers always stock spare parts such as crusher rolls, bearings, and shafts. Gundlach can react quickly to any situation to get you the needed parts and keep you up and running.
Gundlach Field Service Centers are staffed with consultants to provide troubleshooting and repair service as needed - whether it is on your site or at our repair facility. When in your region, our field service consultants are available to inspect your system and offer suggestions on upgrades or new roll configurations to improve your operations.
Gundlach Field Service is available to supervise your installation and put your crusher system successfully into operation. We will train your staff on the operation and maintenance of your crushers.
