Gundlach 1000 Series roll crushers and Accu-Grind roll crushers are designed for online production sampling and low tonnage size reduction applications
These compact Gundlach roll crushers are designed specifically for online continuous sampling and low to medium capacity crushing applications such as hot ash crushing.
The 1000 Series roll crusher sizes down to 6 mm. It has a typical 4:1 ratio of reduction and throughput capacity up to 20 MTPH.
Accu-Grind Sampler Crusher
Capacities up to 30 MTPH
Product size to 6 mm
Typical 16:1 ratio of reduction
The Accu-Grind has a higher reduction ratio of 16:1, capacity of up to 30 MTPH and product down to 6mm.
Both models are single-stage two roll crushers.
The Accu-Grind also has a pre-breaker roll.

Series 1000 Roll Crushers for Online Sampling, Ash Crushing and Low Tonnage Applications
The Series 1000 Roll Crusher is a two roll sampler crusher specifically designed for online production sampling and for other low to medium capacity applications.
This compact roll crusher is ideal for continuous sampling systems in industrial power plants and coal handling facilities. Gundlach’s double roll crushing action gives better product dimension control compared to single roll crusher designs.
Series 1000 Ash Crusher
The Series 1000 Ash Crusher is ideal for ash crusher applications. The Ash Crusher model is designed with high temperature features such as high temperature paint, steel lubrication lines, extra free space between bearings and housing, and heat barriers at bearings to easily withstand ash temperatures up to 350 deg. C.
